IoT System Architecture

Various sensors and devices, ranging from industrial equipment to household solar panels, transmit data signals to an Intelligent Data Acquisition Module (IDAM). The IDAM then relays this information to a gateway, which establishes a connection with the HitOn cloud platform via an API. HitOn serves as the central data processing hub, interacting with a client server for storage and computation. Multiple API interfaces facilitate seamless data flow between system components. Finally, users can access and visualize the processed data through a dedicated dashboard and up to ten user applications, enabling real-time monitoring and analysis of the connected devices. This system supports various data signal types, including digital/analogue and standard industrial ranges.

Robotic Arm & Services Methodology

The process begins with a Robotic Arm performing assigned tasks while simultaneously collecting data. This data, along with data from other devices, is then pushed to a cloud server using IoT technology. The central element of this system is the cloud server, which consolidates the data from the robots and other connected devices. The server then distributes this consolidated information to specifically assigned accounts, ensuring that the right data reaches the right people. Finally, clients can access and analyze this data to gain insights into productivity. This access is facilitated through various means, including office desktop computers and mobile applications, allowing for flexible and convenient monitoring. The overall goal of this methodology is to enhance productivity by providing real-time data and analysis capabilities.

We have designed and implemented over 40 diverse software solutions, encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP II), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Accounting Systems, Inventory Control Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Work-In-Progress (WIP) Tracking using Barcodes, Courier Management Systems, Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems for both headquarters and client locations, and Barcoding/RFID Systems. The system provides live data on key process parameters, enhancing operational awareness and control. Telco Tower + HitOnIDAM upgrade to IoT

A HitOn IDAM provides a quick and easy IoT retrofit for a Telco Tower. The installation, taking only about 15 minutes, involves integrating the IDAM into the existing equipment cabinet at the tower's base. A "HitOn IoT Zone" sticker marks the upgrade, and real-time data displayed on a smartphone demonstrates the system's immediate functionality. This efficient retrofit showcases the seamless integration of IoT technology into existing Telco Tower infrastructure.

A smartphone app displays the real-time temperature (7.73°C in this instance) inside the vaccine fridge, ensuring the integrity of the vaccines. This connected system includes alerts and data logging, allowing for proactive maintenance and preventing spoilage due to temperature fluctuations.
